Sample Ordering

We highly recommend you order a sample to see how the product looks in the area you want to use it and give you confidence before you make a purchase. 

All natural stone samples are subject to variation in terms of colours, shading, finish, texture and thickness regardless of which product you choose and can only give you an approximate idea of the general appearance of the stone. These differences and disparities are part of what makes the stone beautiful and stand out.

We do our very best to try and send out samples to show the overall characteristics of the actual product, however, please be advised the sample may vary to the actual stone purchased. A single sample of a product should be more than sufficient to get an idea about how that product looks and feels in real life.

Samples arrive within 2 to 4 working days by Royal Mail. There’s a maximum of three paid-for samples of each product per customer to cover the postage and packaging. 

The first sample for any split face tile is free of postage & packaging charge and any additional samples will be chargeable. Sample size: 9cm x 9cm.

For all external samples that have a natural chiselled edge, two sides of the stone will have a smooth machine cut finish because we cut the samples from a larger piece of stone in stock. Sample size: 10cm x 10cm.

All other stone sample size will be: 10cm x 10cm.
